Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), you are no longer bound by your order if you withdraw from it within 8 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal does not require a reason and may be made in writing (an email, e.g., to mail@b-tool.ch, is sufficient) or by returning the goods at your own risk. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the return in a timely manner to:

Please ensure the package is sufficiently prepaid to avoid additional postage charges. If you return damaged or worn goods, the legally permissible amount will be deducted; you can avoid this by merely inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail store and returning them without signs of use and in their original packaging.

The following are excluded from return

• Items that are custom-made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, or that are not suitable for return due to their nature, or that are perishable or would exceed their expiration date
• T-shirts, underwear, and socks for hygienic reasons
• Printed, embroidered, and other goods that have been personalized
• Audio or video recordings or software, provided that you have unsealed the delivered data carriers
• Newspapers, magazines, and periodicals.
